Allegri-Confirms-Emanuelson-and-Mark-Van-Bommel-Will-Start-Sampdoria-Coppa-Italia-Match
Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed both Mark van Bommel and Urby Emanuelson are likely to start against Sampdoria.
Van Bommel officially joined from Bayern Munich on a six-month deal on Tuesday morning, and he could find himself in action tomorrow.
Allegri suggested both men are expedient for the cause, but warned Sampdoria will prove to be tough opponents.
"Emanuelson will play, and there is a 90 per cent chance for Van Bommel," Allegri told the press.
"Mark is a player with great experience and an excellent buy.
"We are playing for plenty tomorrow and we will be up against a Sampdoria team capable of giving a good game.
"We have to continue as we have been, with great spirit and sacrifice."
