Allegri confident of getting best from AC Milan star Pato

Max Allegri is confident of working well with AC Milan star Alexandre Pato.

Pato was hindered by injury woes but still managed to find the net 12 times in 20 league appearances.

"Pato is 20 years old," said Allegri. "He is an extraordinary talent who has a lot of room for improvement.

"He has an incredible physical and technical quality that not even he knows about.

"But at 20, he needs to mature as a person even if from a football standpoint he is a phenomenon."
