Ambrosini warns AC Milan : This squad is too old

AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini concedes the squad is over-the-hill.

The 33-year-old midfielder is one of several veterans in the squad and there don’t seem to be many new faces coming through.

“There are 10 of us whose contracts are set to expire,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “That’s the entire historic centre of the team.

“I think the club is forced to consider 10 situations. They have a year to think about how to react. Either we all play until we’re 40 or the club has to do something...”
