Gattuso ‘pleased’ with Wolfsburg interest
GENNARO GATTUSO could move to Germany.
The former Rangers man has not been in use very often under Leonardo and also under the guidance of new Coach Massimiliano Allegri, Rino is not expected to play a lot, as Allegri wants a dynamic and fast midfield.
Gattuso has been linked with Milan exit and according to FIFA agent Vincenzo Morabito has revealed this week that former Germany champions VfL Wolfsburg are interested in adding the midfielder to their ranks this summer.
Andrea D’Amico, the agent of Gattuso, is pleased with the interest of the Die Wölfe in his client. He said: “I have not been informed of the interest of Wolfsburg; that is certainly pleased, we should talk with Milan.”
Gattuso has already been followed by many clubs in Dubai. He has already stated that he would not like to sit on the bench next season and if he will be told that he’s a second or third choice he will leave.
