Milan Interest In Empoli Striker Eder Confirmed; Mario Balotelli's Agent Opens Rossoneri Door
Milan's interest in Empoli striker Eder is real, according to the Tuscan club's chairman Fabrizio Corsi, but it seems Adriano Galliani has deferred decisions until he sells players.
Lazio have also been linked with an €8 million bid for the Brazilian hitman who took Serie B by storm last season.
The 23-year-old scored 26 goals in 39 games, but it seems Milan are first in line.
"A month ago Milan knocked on our door and told me they wanted to invest in the player because they feel he is important," Corsi told lalaziosiamonoi.it.
"But they are waiting to sell some players before they can buy and so the move is on standby."
Corsi warned Milan they are vulnerable to losing Eder as other clubs have come forward.
"A few days ago another big side informed themselves on our treasure," he concluded.
Meanwhile, Mario Balotelli's agent has said Milan could make a move for him, but his feelings are that he will stay at Inter.
"Balotelli's situation is calm. He is an Inter player, but anyway I don't believe that there are unsellable players in the world," Mino Raiola told Gr Parlamento on Monday.
"If Inter were to tell me that Balotelli is for sale and therefore becomes sellable, he would be [available] to all clubs. If Inter want to sell him and Milan can acquire him then it can be done."
Reports suggest Balotelli can leave for €40m - €10m more than Milan's €30m transfer allowance this summer, making a Rossoneri swoop unlikely.
