Milan sign Celtic defender Luca Santonocito

AC Milan have snapped up Luca Santonocito from Celtic.

The former Inter junior moved to Glasgow with Celtic last year, but has now returned home.

Milan confirmed Santonocito's signing late last night, having landed the left-sided midfielder outright from the Hoops.
