Parma keen to snap up AC Milan defender Kaladze

Parma are ready to snap up AC Milan defender Kakha Kaladze.

Milan are preparing to cash in on the Georgia international, who has fallen out with management.

Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi wants to take Kaladze on-loan, but will need Milan to cover a signification portion of his wages.

For his part, Kaladze would be happy to let the final year of his Milan contract run down and leave on a Bosman next summer.
