Galliani hints at new AC Milan deal for Flamini

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed plans to hand midfielder Mathieu Flamini a new deal.

Former Arsenal star Flamini signed a four-year deal with Milan in 2008.

Reports suggest the Serie A giants are considering offering the 26-year-old a two-year extension, something Galliani has hinted at.

"We are counting on him," he said. "Mathieu has already had playing time, he's playing, we're pleased with him."
