Galliani rules out AC Milan move for Lippi

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has ruled out Marcello Lippi joining the club after the World Cup.

The Italy coach has been linked with a technical director's role with the Rossoneri.

Galliani said: “Lippi is a friend and someone I greatly admire, but no, Milan will sign a Coach and that is all. There will be no technical director.

“If he manages to free himself, you already know who is in pole position for the bench.”
